With over 300 years of cumulative experience in the technology sector, the GlobalLogic management team draws its experience from deep background working with technology product companies. Such experience includes leadership positions in the Enterprise, Financial, Hi-Tech, Mobile, Telecom and QA sectors, among others. Our team has a deep understanding of the software product design, development and support challenges faced by technology companies and are focused on meeting those challenges.

Peter Harrison: Chief Executive Officer
Peter Harrison is passionate about software and has spent the last twenty-two years committed to improving the way software is built. He joined GlobalLogic in 2002 when it was 20 people. Today GlobalLogic employs over 2,000 people in 20 offices around the world. In recent years the company has emerged as the leader in a new category of outsourced software product development.

Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Harrison was SVP, Field Operations at Versata, a leading provider of rules automation software. While at Versata, he grew revenues from $1 million to $56 million in just four years. Harrison was instrumental in growing sales and service from 10 to over 300 people during the same period. Versata completed an IPO in 2000 that at the time ranked in the top 25 best openings of all time.

Prior to Versata, Harrison was a co-founder of Seer Technologies, where as VP Sales he helped grow revenues from $0 to $120 million in five years that resulted in the company completing an IPO in 1995. At Seer, he played a leading role in establishing international field operations that swiftly grew to represent over 50% of revenues. Harrison has a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Birmingham University, UK.


Wayne Grubbs: Chief Financial Officer
A seventeen-year finance veteran, Wayne Grubbs brings to GlobalLogic a background in public accounting and broad senior level financial management experience. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Grubbs was senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Analex Corporation, a publicly-traded leading provider of professional services to federal government clients. In this position he provided executive management oversight for the company’s finance and accounting, planning and analysis, human resources and benefits, and recruiting operations. Additionally, he helped execute the company’s merger and acquisition strategy and investor relations programs.

Grubbs also served as vice president, corporate controller, treasurer and assistant corporate secretary for SRA International, Inc. At SRA, Mr. Grubbs was responsible for managing and developing the finance and accounting organization to position the company for growth. He was instrumental in SRA’s initial public offering and listing on the NYSE. Prior to SRA, he was a manager in the government contract consulting and audit practice of Arthur Andersen LLP.

Grubbs graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and is a licensed CPA.

 

 

Sanjay Singh: President
Sanjay Singh is the president and co-founder of GlobalLogic. In this role, Singh manages all aspects of the company’s business operations, including on-boarding of clients, defining and evolving the company’s service offerings, and ensuring client success. He has been intimately involved in defining the company’s long-term plan and its corporate strategies.

Singh brings to GlobalLogic over 16 years of experience in the information technology industry. He started his career with Wipro as a software engineer and has extensive experience in the Telecom, Insurance and Finance domains. Singh's interests include US history and politics, as well as international relations. In his spare time, he likes to watch political shows and play tennis. Singh has a bachelors of engineering degree from the Government College of Engineering, Raipur, MP and a masters of technology degree from IIT Kharagpur.

 

Manoj Agarwala: Co-Founder & SVP, Global Business Development
Manoj Agarwala is a co-founder of GlobalLogic and has over fifteen years of IT industry experience. Agarwala has been instrumental in introducing and acquiring a steady stream of new clients for GlobalLogic. He also manages client relationships by providing the interface between clients and their global engineering teams. Agarwala has been extremely effective in fostering long-term partnerships.

Agarwala brings to GlobalLogic a unique blend of software product and services experience. He also has cross-border experience and a career that spans across large and small enterprises. Agarwala started his professional career as a software engineer at Wipro, one of India’s leading IT services company. He has also worked at software technology start-ups and consulted at Fortune 500 companies such as Goldman Sachs and AT&T.

Agarwala has a Bachelors of Technology in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut (formerly known as REC Calicut) and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.

 

Rajul Garg: Vice President, Corporate and People Development
Rajul Garg’s multiple responsibilities include ensuring a sound growth strategy for GlobalLogic, focusing on merger and acquisition activity to aid the company’s growth, and providing executive leadership for GlobalLogic’s employee recruitment and retention efforts.

Prior to co-founding GlobalLogic, Garg was CEO and co-founder of Pinelabs, an electronic payment solutions company specializing in smart cards. In less than two years, Pinelabs became the industry leader in India for smart card solutions.

Garg is a Computer Science graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi

 

Mukul Jain: Chief Operating Officer and Country Manager
Mukul Jain has over 24 years of IT experience. At GlobalLogic, his responsibility is to augment the company’s operational capabilities in line with its aggressive growth plans. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Jain held leadership positions with HCL Technologies. As a member of the research and development (R&D) team, he participated in the creation of several products in the areas of operating systems, compilers, databases and multi-processor systems. In the last eight years at HCL Technologies, Jain was responsible for growing and managing the technology engineering services business. Towards the end of his career at HCL, he led a new initiative to create a technology research lab for architecture and design services.

Jain has earned a degree in Bachelor of Technology-Electrical from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur

 

Tarun Upadhyay: Chief Software Architect
Tarun Upadhyay is responsible for defining the architecture and ensuring the development and release of the software products GlobalLogic develops in partnership with its world-wide clients. He also helps lead internal technology training at GlobalLogic, including the company’s Velocity™ platform.

Prior to co-founding GlobalLogic, Tarun was the CTO and co-founder of Pinelabs, an electronic payment solutions company that specializes in smart cards. Tarun was instrumental in catapulting Pinelabs into the industry leader of smart card solutions in India.

Tarun has a Master of Science in Mathematics and Computer Applications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

 

Tony Surak: Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Tony Surak has over 20 years of marketing, corporate strategy, business development and sales experience in hi-tech industries, including telecommunications and software. Surak has been responsible for developing product and corporate strategies, building direct and indirect sales channels, and creating OEM relationships and distributor/VAR channels.

Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Surak was co-founder of TalkingNets, one of the first entirely IP-based CLECs. Surak has also held leadership positions in organizations such as Newforth Partners, Synaptyx, Acterna, Hughes Aircraft and the Naval Research Laboratory.

Surak earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School, a Masters of Science-Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science-Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.

 

John Hoye: Vice President, Western Operations
With over 20 years of experience working with enterprise software companies, John Hoye leads GlobalLogic’s West US operations, including business development and ongoing relationship management. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Hoye was vice president of business development at Wakesoft, a leading provider of middleware technology. He has also held various roles in executive level sales, business development, product development, product management and marketing.

Hoye has a profound understanding of the software industry and the challenges faced by software development firms. His market experience includes document management and workflow (ViewStar, Action Technologies), CAD/CAE (Impell), customer relationship management (Auguri) and development tools and middleware (Versata, Wakesoft).

Hoye holds a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.

 

Naveen Gupta: Vice President, Finance
Naveen Gupta is responsible for managing GlobalLogic’s worldwide Accounts and Finance Department. Gupta is a qualified Company Secretary and Cost & Works Accountant with over 19 years of experience in Finance, Accounts and Commercial Operations. Having worked with companies like Xansa Plc., JK Corp. and Bharat Electronics, he is a strategic planner with cross-functional experience in budgeting, working capital management, profit monitoring, finalization of accounts and development of MIS. Gupta is proficient in implementing systems and procedures, as well as achieving financial discipline and enhancing the overall efficiency of GlobalLogic.


Roman Khmil: Vice President, Operations
Roman Khmil is responsible for managing the operations and delivery of GlobalLogic’s Ukraine development centers. Khmil has eight years of management experience in global product engineering, as well as a software engineering background in the telecommunications domain.

Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Khmil served as a co-founder and managing director of Source Valley/Bonus Technology, where he helped grow revenues to $8 million in three years. Khmil’s responsibilities include developing innovative IT solutions and overseeing GlobalLogic’s Ukraine development centers. Khmil’s goal is to make GlobalLogic the number one IT employer in Ukraine.

Khmil holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Cybernetics department of Kiev National University, Ukraine.

 

Nick Sage: Vice President, Services
Nick Sage has been in the IT industry for more than two decades. At GlobalLogic he is responsible for the Telecom Business Unit’s quality delivery service in Ukraine. He also manages the company’s business relationship with Telcordia Technologies, GlobalLogic’s largest client partner.

Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Sage was CEO and co-founder of Bonus Technology, a leading provider of offshore development and testing solutions in Eastern Europe that was acquired by GlobalLogic. He has also held executive director and project management positions at a variety of technology companies.

Sage earned a Masters of Science in Applied Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Computer Science in his native Russia.

John Hitchcock: Vice President, Worldwide Marketing
John Hitchcock has more than 20 years of technology marketing and sales experience at both emerging and Global 1000 organizations. During his career, Hitchcock has had strategic and operational responsibility for building and managing direct and channel-focused marketing departments in the US, Europe and India.

Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Hitchcock was responsible for America's marketing at ClearCube Technology, a pioneering thin client product company awarded “Technology of the Year” by InfoWorld Magazine. Earlier, he led America's and Central Europe marketing at Cambridge Technology Partners, a $1B market cap IT services firm acquired by Novell. Hitchcock also held marketing and sales positions at the technology division of GE, Sybase, BT, and eFORCE Global.

Hitchcock earned a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

 

Pete Rogers: Vice President, European Operations
Pete Rogers brings to GlobalLogic over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. His responsibilities include spearheading the GlobalLogic sales efforts in Europe and building a sales and support organization to support the growing European client community.

Rogers joins GlobalLogic from ITM Software Corporation, where he served as general manager and was responsible for establishing the company’s European operations. In this capacity, Rogers closed two of the company’s largest deals and was also the largest individual revenue contributor in the company’s history. Prior to ITM, Rogers held various sales and technical leadership roles in the IT sector, including vice president of sales at both mBlox, the world’s largest mobile transaction network, and the Enterprise Software and Services firm Seer Technologies.

Rogers earner a Mathematics-Honors degree from Leeds University.

 

Boris Shnayder: Vice President, Telecom Services
With over 20 years of experience working in innovative IT and telecommunications environments, Boris Shnayder heads GlobalLogic’s Telecom Business Unit. His responsibilities include leading GlobalLogic’s strategy and operations for the business unit, which operates from the company’s delivery centers in India and Ukraine.

Shnayder joins GlobalLogic from Motorola, where he served as senior software manager. In this capacity, he managed large teams of software engineers distributed throughout the U.S., China, India and Russia. Prior to Motorola, Shnayder served in a variety of positions at Telcordia, including executive director of the company’s Offshore Program Office.

 

Kirk Tang: Vice President, China Operations
Kirk Tang brings more then 14 years of sales, business development and operations experience to GlobalLogic, including ten years in China. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Tang was vice president and general manager of the Asia-Pacific region for MobileAware, a leading mobile software platform vendor headquartered in the US and Ireland. He also held senior management roles at BEA Systems, Dell Computer, Versata and Ingram Micro.

Tang began his career in international business in 1992 with an internship at Belonfinbank in Novosibirsk, Russia. Since then, he has focused on assisting technology companies establish new international markets and operations in areas such as China, Europe, Latin America and South Africa. At GlobalLogic, Tang will manage the Global Product Development specialist’s Beijing delivery center where he will lead sales, support and the region’s M&A efforts.

Tang holds a B.A. in International Management from California State University, Fullerton.

 

Sachin Saxena: Vice President, New Venture Services
Sachin has over twenty years experience with technology start-ups and established software companies. His experience spans leadership roles in Product Development, Alliances and Professional Services. At GlobalLogic, Sachin heads the Version 1.0 and the Product Management Service offerings.

Prior to GlobalLogic, he was Vice President of Product Management at E2open, where he worked with many Fortune 1000 companies to define a scalable and secure platform that generated millions of dollars in ROI. E2open's SaaS/On-demand platform was covered by analyst firms such as AMR Research and Gartner as “Visionary”.

During the course of his career, Sachin has worked in the US, India, Japan, Singapore, Canada, and Europe. He also volunteers with PVC Ventures as part of their Business Advisory Program.Sachin has a BTech in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, MS in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Georgia Tech and a Sloan Fellow from Stanford Business School.
