Behavioral & Technical Training
At GlobalLogic, we have organized behavioral and technical training programs to help our employees enhance their current skills, knowledge and capabilities. In fact, as soon as you join our team, you will be enrolled in a comprehensive orientation and training “Boot Camp” that will educate you on our vision, values, beliefs and focus areas. We also offer a full range of individual and professional training programs, such as:

• Job-role training programs
• Project-specific training programs
• Continuous skill training on emerging tools and technologies
• Conduct-focused management development programs
• Behavioral training programs to enhance personal and professional effectiveness through customer orientation, team work, communication and self-development

Our Ukraine Centers also offer an intensive software testing program to individuals (even those with no prior experience) who are interested in becoming GlobalLogic software testers.
