Open Door Policy
At GlobalLogic we have a casual, hierarchy-free environment that encourages employees to speak their minds, take risks and challenge conventional ideas. We have developed an open door policy that enables an employee to walk into any other employee’s office, regardless of rank, and discuss any idea, issue, etc. By removing the hierarchy that too often separates employees from each other, we believe we can also remove the barriers that hold back innovation and progress.
