Email client should have the same application state and look/feel of the existing JME clients while utilizing a BREW-specific architecture

Reused complex business logic from the existing JME code and implemented networking, database and threading components in BREW
Leveraged an in-house JME-to-BREW code migration framework and used App Directed SMS to implement push functionality in BREW
