Mukul Jain Joins Induslogic as the Chief Operating Officer/ Country Manager

Noida, India - October 20, 2005 – Induslogic Inc. a leading global product development services company, today announced Mukul Jain as its new Chief Operating Officer/Country Manager as a part of their expansion plans in the India market. With Mukul Jain's appointment Rajul Garg the current COO would move on to a corporate strategic role as the VP, Corporate Development for Induslogic. In his new role Rajul will focus towards growing the organization through mergers and acquisitions, an important strategic initiative of the organization towards its vision.

Mukul has total work experience of more than 24 years. Prior to joining Induslogic, Mr. Jain had a strong tenure with HCL Technologies. He joined HCL Technologies in 1981 and has been with them ever since. HCL Technologies is among the Top 5 IT C ompanies in India with its annual revenue exceeding 500 Million US$. Mr. Jain spent the first 15 years of his career with HCL's Research and Development team wherein the role involved creating new products. Mr. Jain holds a degree for Bachelor of Technology - Electrical, from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
