As Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Hitachi Digital Services and GlobalLogic, Rajashekar (Raj) is responsible for driving global operational excellence, business transformation, and strategic execution across both organizations. He oversees global operations, organizational effectiveness, business synergies, financial performance, and large-scale transformation initiatives that support growth and value creation.

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Raj has a proven track record of delivering business transformation, accelerating profitable growth, and building high-performing, collaborative teams. Before joining Hitachi in 2020, Raj spent 18 years at Cognizant in various operational, business development and delivery leadership roles, including significant contributions to scaling Cognizant BPS portfolio to a multi-billion-dollar business.

Raj is a graduate of the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, with a degree in engineering.
