GlobalLogic Recognized in Forbes “Top 25 Women Leaders in IT Services”
KYIV, Ukraine—June 17, 2021—GlobalLogic Inc., a digital product engineering company, is proud to announce that two of its Ukraine center leaders, Yuliya Shtukaturova and Kateryna Hubaryeva, have been recognized by Forbes as “Top 25 Women Leaders in IT Services.” GlobalLogic was the only company to achieve multiple recognitions.
Yulia Shtukaturova (Senior Vice President of Engineering) manages one-third of GlobalLogic’s business in Europe. She oversees hundreds of R&D projects that are being developed for the telecommunications, media, healthcare, and technology sectors out of GlobalLogic’s Ukraine engineering centers in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Mykolaiv.
Kateryna Hubaryeva (Associate Vice President, Head of People) has over 17 years of experience in HR — 13 of which are in the IT industry. In her role, Kateryna develops and implements strategies for talent management and retention. She also creates support and development programs for GlobalLogic’s engineers and managers.
According to DOU, the number of women in the IT industry increased from 20% to 25% in 2017-2020. This trend is also observed in relation to management-level positions. At GlobalLogic Ukraine, women own 40% of the associate vice president roles, and the company actively promotes gender diversity in the workplace.

The Forbes ranking includes 25 Ukrainian women who have founded or hold senior positions in technology companies. The editorial board selected businesses and candidates of various formats and competencies. These are the founders, technical, and non-technical top managers and heads of regional departments.
