Description:
We are looking for an accountant to join our team to support German legal entity. Accounting Department is responsible for preparing the financial statutory statements, reporting, maintaining the general ledger and accounting submodules, Fixed Assets, paying bills, payroll, cost accounting, financial analysis, tax declarations. Requirements:
- Administration, accounting or economics degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in Accounting/Finance
- Very good English and German language skills
- Willingness to taking initiative
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Both teamwork and individual work skills
Preferences:
- Knowledge of Oracle system
- Knowledge of German accounting principles accounting
Job Responsibilities:
- Validation of documents necessary for the accounting process
- Formal and accounting validation of documents
- Audit of accounting receipts and their decrement
- Entering documents into the accounting system
- Reconciliation of analytical and synthetic balances
- Support for the preparation of closing month reports
- Preparation of information and statements in the area of accounting
- Book-keeping, checking and settlement of invoices
