Description:
The Test Automation Engineer will be working in a fast paced environment collaborating with a team of very talented people and will be responsible for the automation of the cloud product offerings to improve the platform’s quality and stability. Will define acceptance criteria and design & develop corresponding automated system tests to ensure high quality of our Data Management, Big Data and Application Integration products in the Cloud and on premise. The tests are highly automated that would allow you to also work on software development, automated deployment and continuous delivery.
Requirements:
- Up to 3 years of experience in the role of a software or QA engineer.

Good knowledge and preferably practical experience in testing techniques and quality assurance.

Experienced in usage of testing technologies like i.e. Cypress for Web testing.

Good working knowledge and hands on experience in testing techniques, including automation.

Good working knowledge on JavaScript and Java

Ability to work within a distributed, agile, international team environment.

Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Good working knowledge of Jenkins & Gradle.

Good working knowledge of at least one Linux based platform as well as Windows.

Experience/knowledge on Docker virtualization.

Experience with cloud technologies (like AWS, Azure or others).

ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification.

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, design and implement fully automated tests;

Transparently report the QA results and status in an automated way;

Verify that implementation of new features matches with their functional specification

Report and track defects (JIRA)

Identify issues with software, collect diagnostic information and work closely with
development colleagues to resolve those issues.
