Requirements:

    ● Knowledge of Latam compensation practices and applicable laws

    ● Significant experience in administering compensation programs, job analysis, benchmarking and market pricing.

    ● Strong communication skills and ability to partner and work cross-functionally

    ● Collaborative working style and strong interpersonal and influencing skills – heavy focus on relationship management

    ● Experience of managing projects including preparing project plans, timelines and building business cases.

    ● Advanced MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) required to analyze data and create meaningful, understandable models and reports

    ● Oracle / Workday experience will be a plus

    ● Role reports to AVP – Compensation & Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    ● Responsible for the development of Regional Compensation framework in line with the overall business objectives

    ● Performs staff support activities to develop, implement and administer compensation policies and programs.

    ● Develops and/or participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company’s competitive position. Able to discuss and design compensation ranges along with the stakeholders in line with the compensation philosophy of the Company

    ● Conducts ad hoc benchmarking analysis as needed for new or changing roles or to address specific market concerns.

    ● Partners with the COE team to plan and deploy the compensation strategy of the Company for the region

    ● Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices. Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems

    ● Ensures on time implementation of variable incentive processes. Able to propose solutions on variable compensation

    ● Partners with the Operations team to ensure Oracle is updated to reflect accurate salary structures and bonus targets. Able to conduct/help the audit of data to ensure processes and policies are being managed effectively and data quality is maintained/improved amongst internal and external systems.

    ● Reviews existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action

    ● Responsible for the management of compensation vendor relationship with WTW and Mercer

    ● Participates in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

    ● Continually identifies opportunities to improve the employee experience and the operational efficiency of our compensation programs

    ● Works with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure adequate estimates and calculation of accrual for budget planning process

    ● Partners with HRBPs and senior management to understand and support business objectives by providing analytical support, counselling, and expert advice for their Business Unit/Function/Region areas with respect to Compensation. Guides and educates HR teams and Senior Management in compensation related topics. Partners with them for successful completion of the compensation programs.
