Description:
Due to intensive growth, the GlobalLogic Automotive department is looking for an experienced Function Owner to help us run the cutting edge project.
Our goal is to implement the client’s platform, intended to be used in mass production on the car/vehicle market. The scope of the project includes the SW design, implementation, and testing phase following modern industry standards of SW development processes in the Automotive segment (Automotive SPICE).
You will work closely with the Client and the technical team, so this role is a great combination of technical and soft responsibilities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master/Project Manager in the Automotive sector and Embedded Area
- Higher education in the fields of information technologies or Project Management
- Established experience in IT project (best Automotive)
- Practical experience in management according to ASPICE standard
- Automotive SW development experience
- Basic Autosar knowledge is desirable
- Very good understanding of V-cycle development: specification, SW development, test, quality, safety, validation
- Ability to take responsibility for the tasks realization and high-quality assurance
- very good communication skills and teamwork attitude
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
Job Responsibilities:
- Track and manage project execution from initiation to the delivery phase
- Provide a high-quality deliverables
- Manage project changes and risks
- Provide appropriate reports on time
- Gather and process customer feedback
- Understand technical problems
- Participation in activities, in order to building project team in cooperation with the customer
- Responsible for the successful delivery, roll-out and lifecycle management of his products (360-degree responsibility
- Responsible for early warning of critical issues, planning and target deviations
- Responsible for the definition and creation of the function specification and functions requirements in collaboration with the customer
