Description:
We are looking for a Head of IT Operations to join our team. In this position, you will lead all aspects of the local IT team operations in EMEA and act as a key member of the executive leadership team.
We are seeking a person highly self-motivated, analytical, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record of building and leading a successful team.
Our IT department has 100+ engineers working worldwide, entrusted with keeping internal applications and infrastructure secure, efficient, scalable, redundant, and performant, with multiple data centers and cloud services operating as a single coherent environment.
Our goal is the transformation and automation of enterprise services, the introduction of new ones, and the building of secure and highly available solutions in emerging technological corporate environments.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of increasing responsibility, managing regional IT organization under the global leadership
- Experience with hyper-growth companies operating at a global scale is required
- In-depth experience with Infrastructure as a Service, Software Defined Networks, Cloud Migration, Service Desk Automation, and M&A
- Hands-on experience with ITIL/COBIT frameworks, Experience on ISO27001 based ISMS
- Successfully recruited and built great teams with matrix organizations
- In-depth experience with Finance budgeting and planning
- Proven success facilitating long term roadmap planning across years
- Demonstrated success overseeing internal tool development and automation at scale
- An exemplary, user-focused communication style; emphasizing clarity, empathy, and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Possess an empathetic, humble, customer-focused demeanor

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the teams responsible for supporting GlobalLogic employees in the region
- Provide IT infrastructure and operations support to the business, enabling the execution of business objectives aligned with local and global objectives
- Provide leadership and oversight to the IT infrastructure, network, data center operations, regional service desk working closely with Delivery teams on client project needs
- Implement, and monitor IT systems controls, including information security, asset management in compliance with relevant regulations
- Build the core infrastructure to operate core systems,
- Develop short- and long-term IT plans for IT operations, capital, operating budgets, and staffing
- Manage and scale our endpoint management systems,
- Plan, implement and support new office openings as we continue to grow
- Hire, lead and invest in team growth and development,
- Report to the Global VP of IT Infrastructure & IT Operations
