Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Resourcing Manager.

Experience in leading resourcing/recruiting teams up to 30+ FTE.

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR tools.

Understanding the organization’s profit model and its components.
-
Fluent English.

Strategic Thinking, Business Orientation, People leadership.

Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management skills.
Preferences:
Awareness of labor legislation in Ukraine / Poland / Slovakia
Job Responsibilities:

Heading Resourcing function (pool management, internal staffing, supply/demand forecasting) in GlobalLogic EMEA.

Ensuring effective and efficient allocation of the available workforce to the projects through balancing the business needs (staffing priorities and sales pipeline) with the pool budget.

Managing distributed Resourcing team out of 30+ people (Team Geos – Ukraine / Poland / Slovakia).

Working on continuous improvement and effectiveness of the process, including gathering and analysis the requirements for Resourcing tools automation; Proposing new tools and process improvements; Reevaluating current procedures and suggesting improvements to ensure an effective process.

Metrics and regular reporting system control.
