Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in delivering projects in HR as: HR Business Partner, HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Working knowledge of at least one of human resource disciplines: employee lifecycle, compensation, employee relations, HR communication, performance management
- Practical knowledge of Labor Law
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with senior management
- Area of Studies: HR or related would be preferable
- Ideally experience gained in IT or FMCG company
Job Responsibilities:
HR Business Partner crafts and implements business unit HR strategies in partnership with senior leaders to enable accelerated growth.

As a Strategic Partner to the Leaders understands how HRBP can define talent strategy plans and support the business

Provides guidance and input on delivery unit structure, workforce planning, and succession planning based on the company’s strategic objectives and specific requirements and priorities of concrete account/line of business

Leads and implements HR Projects across the organization

Analyzes trends and critical People metrics in partnership with the business to develop solutions, programs, and policies that cover business needs. Leverages metrics to publish a dashboard for reporting progress and success

As a Change Agent adjusts People strategies to respond to changing business needs by providing proposals to People Heads/Management

As an Employee Champion develops the next generation of GL leaders for business success and growth

Consults with line management, providing People management guidance when appropriate
