Description:

Today we are looking for an open-minded, experienced, and influenced HR Director who will lead the Poland&Croatia People Team and become a partner for the business.

Requirements:

    • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational companies 
    • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, and employment laws
    • Proven experience in managing labour cases, grievances and disciplinary cases and standard business cases (SBC)
    • Understanding the talent needs of the business (nature of hiring & growth/development demand)
    • Advanced level of English
    • Area of Studies: HR or Business Administration
    • Professional certification would add scores

Job Responsibilities:

    • Define People strategy and support the business
    • Provide guidance and input on workforce planning based on the company’s strategic objectives and specific requirements and priorities
    • Analyze trends and critical People metrics in partnership with the business to develop solutions, programs and policies which cover business needs
    • Identify talent issues related to specific roles or specialization before they impact the business
    • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
    • Develop strategies aimed to raise the employees’ engagement
    • Contribute to GlobalLogic EVP (employment value proposition)
    • Adjust People strategies to respond to changing business needs by providing proposals to People Heads/Management in collaboration with COE Org Effectiveness
    • Leads and manage changes in people-related strategy, organization and/or operations
    • Promote buy-in among organizational stakeholders when implementing change initiatives
    • Advise in time of change and communicate internally with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition
    • Support the development of the next generation of GL leaders for business success and growth
    • Define Compensations and Benefits local strategy (market overview, internal & external fairness etc.)
    • Drive Diversity & inclusion initiatives in the country
    • Leverage metrics to publish a dashboard for reporting progress and success
    • In the case of M&A, provides HR advice and support during Due Diligence and integration of new companies
