Description:
Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Python, Cloudformation, Terraform.
- 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud services focus on D&A services will be a plus point (Glue, EMR etc.)
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools including Bitbucket, Gitlab and ECR
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise Linux servers and EMR Clusters
Preferences:
Infra as Code, Terraform, Python
Job Responsibilities:
- Automate everything! To minimize and eliminate manual work and move to version-controlled Infrastructure as a Code model of management using Terraform, Python and Cloudformation.
- Develop, operate and maintain core automation, tools, governance, security, networking, reporting tasks and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with peers on work estimation/planning and implementation of new versions/features of tools.
- Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improve development pipeline
- Provide technical guidance and educate team members and coworkers on development and operations
- Research and recommend technology frameworks for source management, software build, infrastructure management, and continuous integration.
- Provide leadership and practical knowledge for cloud environments in AWS.
- Analyzes, designs, codes and implements technology software solutions.
- Implement and manage the CI/CD pipeline following DevSecOps methods
- Build and maintain highly available production systems.
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Design and document procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
