Description:
Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements:
A Candidate should have below Mandatory Experience and Skillset.

At least 5+ years of experience in the IT Industry.

Should have excellent Communication Skill, So He/She Can be instrumental in the Program Coordination Role.

Should have excellent English skill So He can be able to create the Technical Documents.

Should have excellent visibility on running the program, so be able to create the Process document and create a new process if needed.

Should be solution oriented.

Should be able to create the Storyboards.

Should be quick learner to get the insight of any tool and with the help of the Tech Managers can create the Manual and Content.

Should be able to manage online learning communities.

Analyzes, updates, and refines existing content.

Works with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by users.

Understanding of web site design best practices

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients

Critical thinking skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
