Description:
Context: This opportunity exists within our customer facing Services squad. This is a multifaceted role requiring
* Ability to grasp customer requirements, be able to manage customer interactions effectively
deep understanding of iHub products delivered by our engineering squads (application and infrastructure)
* understanding of Integration best practices and following them diligently
* ability to work autonomously to deliver quality software quickly raising product issues to engineering (as against soling them on use case basis)
* ability to get customer’s engineers onboarded on to iHub products and platform by creating useful documentation, training etc
Experience: 10 years of relevant experience (minimum) i.e., having worked in Integration Services teams delivering integration
Primary Skills (MUST Have – Each row met at least 50%)

Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Expert in programming using java Note: expectation is that the individual will demonstrate this level of capability by solving programming challenges in the evaluation process
Expert in integration designs using micro services
Expertise of working in event/domain driven design patterns
Expertise in the design & build of
o Solutions using integration frameworks e.g., Camel, Spring
o K native Integration solutions
* Customer Facing Skills – including High Level communication & organisation skills – as well being able to directly deliver Training (formal or ad hoc) and Consultancy to BP Customer IT Teams & Senior Stakeholders
Secondary Skills /nice to have
Nice to have
Experience of delivering for business-critical needs e.g., HA/DR solutions
Experience of building Integration observability including logging, tracking/tracing, monitoring & alerting functionality
Understanding of
Security best practices
Relevant standards e.g., cloud events, AsyncAPI specification
