Requirements:
- At least 1 years experience as a Project/Product Manager/Team Lead in the IT or product technology-related industry
- Experience in managing engineering projects, including building teams, managing budgets, and client management
- Very good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build good relationships with the team and the customer
- Ability to take responsibility for the tasks realization and high-quality assurance
- Experience in software development terminology
- Experience in one of the methodologies/frameworks: Scrum, Agile | waterfall | Lean
- Effective communication skills (related to both task completion and progress reporting)
- Fulfilment of commitments and willingness to show initiative
- Ability to acquire knowledge quickly
- Advanced English
Nice to have:
- Higher education in information technology or project management
- Experience in managing industrial or medical-related IT projects
Job Responsibilities:
- Track and manage project execution from the project phases
- Provide a high-quality delivery level
- Manage project changes, efforts, and risks proactively
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide appropriate reports in a timely manner
- Gather and process customer feedback
- Participation in activities, in activities, in order to build a project team in cooperation with the customer
- Cooperation with Program Coordinator(s)
