Working hours : 8am – 4 pm
Monday- Sunday*
*You will be working on 5 selected days
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English at the B2 level; mandatory knowledge of French, German or Spanish
- Good communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines
- Good hands and eye cordination for annotation
- Attention to detail
- Client focus
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing support and resolving client’s inquiries
- Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs
- Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data
- Working in the ticketing system
