Requirements:

0.5+ years experience in running software development projects

Able to work in high pace and influence in a highly cross-functional team environment
-
Experience in introducing and driving Agile development processes (Scrum) within the organization.

Understanding of Unit Testing, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and debugging of complex software systems
- Understanding of DoD, DoR
-
Ability to work in a multinational and geographically distributed team (Ukraine, Europe, UK, USA, India)
- Knowledge of product backlog and its usage in SW development
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, for both internal and external audiences, at all levels

Excellent written and spoken English level
Job Responsibilities:

Manage and control an offshore team

Coordinate teamwork

Handle communication with the team, client, and other subteams

Handle Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, planning meetings, retrospective meetings, etc

Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any technical questions or challenges related to projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features

Handle project documentation is always up to date
-
Clarifies product requirements as per project needs
