Description:
This is confined to one of the leading Clients across the Globe. Candidate should be able to write emails and initiate chat conversations with Users.
Strong written and verbal communication is must.
Requirements:
● B2 certification for the language being assessed
● Decent English skills as well
● Knowledge on Maps/POIs is an added advantage
● Basic Web searching and Navigation skills
● Understanding on emailing and Chat process
● Good typing, browsing and multitasking
Desired Candidate Profile:
● Any Graduate
● 2 to 3 years
● Excel, Exposure to Maps and customer support
● Good communications and convincing skills
● Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player
Job Responsibilities:
● Validating of emails and initiate chat conversation with customers
● Ensure proper communication is made with customer
● Search and documenting customer details into the tool
● Sending emails and start chat conversations with customer in regards to their enquiry and provide required information and resolve customer’s queries
● Ensure to follow up with customer on the query with the help of tools
● Ensure customers are satisfied with services offered
● Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
