Due to starting of new projects and also the rapid growth of our engineering departments, we are looking for a new Line Manager for our emerging competencies for both Katowice and Wrocław sites.
For several years we have been providing software development for the automotive industry in line with the newest standards. We have developed a team of high-level specialists responsible for different aspects of automotive software. You will have the opportunity to participate in medium and large projects shaping the technological future for many worldwide known enterprises.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Line/Project/Engineering Manager in the IT
- Experience with leadership including the ability to empower people, coaching and mentoring
- Good understanding of the software development process and business-related fields
- Excellent communication and presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal skills for building good relationships with the team
- Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative
- Very good English (both spoken and written)
- Commercial experience in Automotive (preferably embedded) – nice to have
- Experience with cross-functional teams, agile other methodologies – nice to have
- Degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related technical area – nice to have
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership and direction to one of the delivery teams
- Competence development and utilization of staff allocated to the team
- Tight collaboration with the delivery team globally
- Managing the motivation and performance of people
- Giving regular feedback, reviewing and making salary decisions
- Defining the roadmap for the technical areas
- Day-to-day cooperation with Project Managers in the people management area
- Establishing and encouraging an organizational culture
- Sharing knowledge in a manner that helps people to develop their competence
- Engaging internal and external technical communities to promote, learn and teach
- Close cooperation with HR and recruitment team
