Requires Master’s Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Human Resources Management, Management, Economics, or related field.
Requires two (2) years of experience in job offered, Business Analyst, Compensation & Benefits Consultant, or related using Oracle ERP, Comptryx by Mercer, and Jira.
Requires occasional travel to different locations throughout the United States.

Analyze and recommend changes to the compensation ranges for all levels and grades. Regular communication with local HR departments on compensation matters.

Review and update existing global C&B policies and procedures in order to depict all ongoing changes.
Constant improvement and automation of compensation processes in order to reduce time, cost, and manual errors. Analyze and contribute to process streamlining and HCM/HRM solution for the compensation process.

Develop new C&B policies and procedures based on new initiatives and processes. Conduct benchmarking analysis with all salary surveys available to identify trends and implement new compensation practices.
Initiate ad-hoc market surveys and research in a partnership with salary survey provides in order to solve ad-hoc business requests.
Analyze quarterly bonus program based on goals, the program’s trends, and program effectiveness. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the existing bonus process as MBO (quarterly bonus program) and KPG (annual program).
Analyze annual bonus program based on KPIs, its trends, and program effectiveness. Cooperation with local benefits and payroll providers to ensure all employees are enrolled in all appropriate benefits programs and get correct salaries.
Design and develop payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management policies, procedures, guidelines as well as automation of the processes.
