Description:
We are part of a large, world-renowned American client. We enable participation in the development and maintenance of the existing portfolio of products related to the IoT network. We provide access to unique technology, experts and know-how, as well as cooperation with the R&D team located in the USA.
What devices are we talking about? IoT network products: cameras, floodlights, smart doorbells, smart alarms, and everything else you can imagine when thinking about a smart and safe home.

Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of commercial hands-on experience in Embedded/Telco software testing
- Proactiveness, ability to autonomously generate ideas/solutions, sense of responsibility and ownership
- Good communication skills
- Excellent English skills
- Familiar with Python – will be a plus
- A good understanding of at least one mid-range technology (e.g. LoRaWAN, Zigbee, Thread) – will be a plus
- Experience in working with UART, USB, IP or similar interfaces – will be a plus
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Git, JIRA, and WiFi – nice to have
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing technical assessments to improve system performance, capacity, reliability, and scalability
- Overseeing the system performance lifecycle, setting a performance baseline, and identifying key performance improvement indicators
- Performing root cause analysis of anomalies/performance issues and suggesting corrective actions
- Analyzing test results and working with developers and engineers to fix bugs/improvements
- Evaluating system performance and recommending improvements
- Designing and developing performance testing frameworks as part of the delivery pipeline
- Identifying important production metrics and generating periodic performance reports for all internal stakeholders and management review
