Description:
In this role, you will be working on developing an automotive cloud framework from scratch, starting from the virtual workbench and ending on the real embedded target. The project is currently in the PoC phase, which includes a lot of exploration work, and we are open to new ideas and approaches.
Requirements:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Embedded Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automotive-grade boards and their configuration, Bash/Shell, and Python. We are looking for someone who can bring innovation and creativity to the table, and who is passionate about delivering high-quality, scalable solutions for edge targets.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in embedded software development
– Proficiency in Bash/Shell and Python programming languages
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-haves:
– Experience in DevOps and cloud technologies
– Knowledge of IoT (Internet of Things) and edge computing
– Experience with software development for real-time systems

Job Responsibilities:
– Maintain and set up new hardware for the project
– Adapt and extend BSPs (Board Support Packages) for platforms
– Develop SDKs (Software Development Kits) and runtime software for the edge target
– Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware systems
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the embedded environment
– Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance, availability, and scalability of the embedded software
– Stay current with the latest embedded software tools, technologies, and best practices
