Description:
Our Customer is one of the biggest companies on the market of home entertainment consumer electronics devices that strives to provide their clients with high-quality products and services.Project goals include testing of new streaming devices, their firmware, media apps with video and audio content available on those devices, integration with web services, payment; providing testing results to Customer for decision making.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in manual testing
- Strong knowledge of testing theory (test types, test cases, bug reports, etc.)
- Experience in creating test documentation
- Knowledge of Operating Systems and network protocols
- Basic knowledge of hardware
- High attention to details, patience, and investigation skills
- Upper-intermediate English level
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Manual testing of set-top boxes firmware
- Testing of media apps with video and audio content
- Communication with the Customer’s team
- Creating and updating test cases
- Creating test reports
