Job Responsibilities:

Coordination of payroll-related processes on the country level;
Calculation and processing of all compensation elements to the consultants in the ERP system;
Daily support and people advisory on compensation issues;
Close cooperation with the Finance team;
Preparation of the reports by request;
Continuous improvement of payroll processes;
