Description:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Windows Support/administration, Powershell and Ansible automation, and Tosca Administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to decompose complex problems and perform root cause analyses in troubleshooting customer issues in Tosca
- Understanding of the Agile software development life cycle
Preferred –
- Experience in Windows troubleshooting issues
- Experience on Azure / AWS
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting customer issues in test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Tosca
- Good Customer Support experience, communication, and technical communication
- Minimum 3 years experience on at least 2 databases ex. – MySQL / MS SQL, Influx DB Database

Job Responsibilities:

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Atlanta, Georgia, and Bellevue, WA from $85,000 to $95,000 and reflects base salary only and does not include any additional bonus/variable compensation, benefits, etc that may be applicable for the role. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower.
