Description:
• To handle the overall PMO activities for one of the largest center in India
• Work closely with Center Head / GHs / PMs to monitor / collate info regarding Forecast / SLD / Unbilled (mostly ORs) / Unallocated engineers / ERR etc
• Work on financials – Generate dashboards / reports on various Financial attributes like Forecast / Revenue / ABR / ABS / NRE etc
• Highlight the spike in NRE / ABS etc and work with the PMs to implement corrective measures
• Work with PM to monitor and manage the overall LM / Margin and implement improvement plans for their accounts
• Reconciliation of all the financial and forecast nos at center and GH levels.
• Noida level PreSales tracking
• Noida level allocation and Invoice tracking
Requirements:
• Person with good attitude and thinking.
• Can handle large scale data.
• Must have a good Communication skill.
Job Responsibilities:
• Good understanding on Processes, Reports & Dashboards
• Good understanding on Financials
• Hands on experience on Excel / PPT / Google docs
• Data Collection and Maintenance – Expert
• Team Handling ability.
• Must maintain confidentiality, He/She has to maintain many confidential documents.
• Candidate must be able to help his PM in project Management by creating and maintaining the project health checkup.
• Ready to take new Challenges.
• Ready to work in a high paced environment.
• Ready to take the ownership of the Account Management.
