Requirements:
Product Strategists at GL Japan are charged with keeping the overall balance between business, technology and the end user experience of products aligned throughout the entire product development cycle from advisory to execution. This often begins with client engagement, problem validation, stakeholder interviews and other strategic framing exercises. They guide solutioning efforts by synthesizing requirements, facilitating client conversations, conducting user testing to validate usability, product market fit, and measuring other key metrics. Finally, Product Strategists oversee the development process, managing roadmaps, backlogs and sprints to ensure the end product stays value oriented while balancing the demands of the client.
