Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager who can join our team, be tightly integrated with the Customer, and be empowered for business and technical decisions.
This project is provided for a leader in the creation of high-tech solutions for the eCommerce and Logistics market space. With 1000+ different carrier services, all available through one integrated technology platform, one invoice, and one single relationship, the application gives retailers everything they need to deliver to customers around the world – in one place. We are open to flexibility with working hours and always find time to have some fun. There are always many challenges and opportunities to grow!
Requirements:
- Indicative Experience – 4+ years in managing projects
- Experience in Managing the organization of at least 10 people, including multi-location/cross-country teams
- Experience in the international organization, working with EU and North American clients
- Experience in building delivery process from scratch with a totally new client
- Good grasp of modern software development methodologies
- Hands-on experience in different outsourcing business models: Fix bids, T&M, Cost+
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to deal with and effectively manage stakeholders globally across clients, sales, delivery & HR
- Fluent English
- Education – MS or higher degree
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up the delivery process and align it with the client’s processes
- Monitor project progress and set deadlines
- Solve issues that arise
- Work with PO/BA on requirements clarifications
- SM activities – meeting facilitation, support Agile culture
