We are looking for strong and ambitious candidates for a challenging Proxy Product Owner role to support our ambitious healthcare projects provided for the biggest player on the market. Line of products includes EPRs and systems for social care practitioners, immunization and child health software, and handles immunization records for over 6m children (e.g delivering the National Immunisation Management System for Covid-19 and flu). Requirements:

Healthcare domain experience with an understanding of healthcare IT solutions and operational practices is an advantage
- 5 + years of experience in the position

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in working with onshore product owners is a must
-
Very good English knowledge

Effective stakeholder engagement as Proxy PO you will need to communicate effectively with Onshore PO’s

The ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges

Requirement gathering is a key part of the role so the ability to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received is essential

Documentation and writing skills – Business analysts will find themselves creating documents such as use cases and business requirement documents
Job Responsibilities:

Develop product expertise in your areas of responsibility
-
Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements.
-
Seeking clarification where necessary with onshore PO
-
Work with onshore Product Owner and Scrum Master(s) to drive sprint delivery
-
Notify onshore Product Owner of any issues, concerns, or blockers for team & sprints
-
Achieve agreed productivity targets in order to ensure tasks are delivered to schedule, reporting as early as possible to team Management where deliverables cannot be met.

Work with the Agile team to produce any required documentation and training materials for the product(s) within your areas of responsibility

Liaise with the development teams to ensure that requirements are fully understood, accepted, and delivered to the standards expected by customers.

Any other activities in support of the business which can reasonably be expected to fall within the capabilities of the employee.
