Description:

Our customer is a free, ad-supported Video on Demand (VOD) service that, in addition to on-demand options, primarily distributes its content through digital linear channels designed to emulate the experience of traditional broadcast programming. 

Requirements:

    • Java programming skills (test framework is written in Java)

    • Excellent understanding and experience in test automation

    • Good knowledge of testing theory

    • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in testing techniques;

    • Good understanding of Web-Services (REST), XML and JSON;

    • Experience in test frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, etc.)

    • Know-how of CI/CD configuration (Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Nexus, etc)

    • Good working knowledge of at least one Linux/Unix based platform as well as Windows;

    • Ability to analyse requirements and write test cases

    • Experience with Selenium

    • Experience in API testing is a must

    • Contract testing (swagger, etc)

Job Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with customers

    • Analyse and clarify requirements

    • Plan, develop and implement fully automated system tests;

    • Report and track defects;

    • Design and development of framework components;

    • Work in collaboration with the Development team.
