- Experience within the IT industry
- Knowledge of HR and/or recruiting cycle and processes
- Experience of work with HR databases is a plus
- Recruiting experience is a plus
- Strong Intermediate English (spoken and business writing)
- Experience building business partnership
- Presentation skills, excellent communication, and writing skills
- Drive, proactivity, flexibility, and multi-tasking
- Ability to work independently and as a team-player
Keeping track of internal candidates’ from pre-hire pool availability and processing in accordance with the company’s needs
Collecting, inputting, and reporting recruitment/resourcing data and metrics about pre-hire pool
Analyzing upcoming changes on Delivery projects and developing resourcing options for pre-hire pool
Keeping a database of internal skills and expertise on pre-hire pool
Updating, creation, and support of internal Resourcing databases
Cooperate with Delivery on timely de/allocation of candidates from pre-hire pool within the company
Participation in internal HR and Recruitment initiatives for pre-hire programs
