Job Responsibilities:

Working as a Salesforce/CPQ admin includes configurations and customization, delivering successful CPQ implementations on business projects and ensuring end users satisfaction.
Working on CPQ advanced approvals, quote templates, price rules, product rules and configurations including various types of flow creations and advanced admin roles and responsibilities for building new functionalities and enhancing the system.
Updating order, contract, subscriptions, reference request, opportunities and quote related object.
Managing workload via the JIRA platform and Service Now to fulfill requirements, bugs and quick fixes providing support and maintenance.
Documenting changes on Sharepoint
Providing daily resolution to incident tickets while working on changes in JIRA
