Requirements

● 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
● Salesforce Administrator certification (required).
● Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
● Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization capabilities.
● Expert knowledge of Salesforce Flows.
● Experience with data management and data quality best practices.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
● Strong analytical and organizational skills.
● Experience with CPQ (preferred, but not required).
● Experience with Apex (preferred, but not required).

Job responsibilities

● User Management: Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts, profiles, permission sets, roles and public groups. Manage security settings and access controls.
● System Configuration: Configure and customize out of the box Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes.
● Data Management: Perform data cleansing, deduplication and migration activities. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
● Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics. Train users on report generation and interpretation.
● Automation: Implement automation using declarative tools such as Flows and Approval Processes. Explore and evaluate opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.
● Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices. Develop training materials and documentation. Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolutions.
● System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including upgrades, patches and backups. Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
● Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, processes and user guides.
● Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features and best practices. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the Salesforce platform and user experience.
● Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including commercial teams and marketing, to understand their needs and provide solutions.
● Project Management: Participate in Salesforce implementation projects and contribute to project planning and execution.
