• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, approvals, and integrations.
• Define and document Salesforce architecture, including data models, integration flows, and security models.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
• Guide development teams in the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay current on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of Salesforce products and technologies.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices and security standards.

Requirements

About the Role:

  1. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our growing team.
  2. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that align with our business goals.
  3. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust and scalable Salesforce architectures.

 

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and implementation.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce architectures.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations with other systems, such as ERP and CRM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Salesforce CPQ Certified a plus.
• Salesforce Certified Architect or equivalent certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
