Description:
It’s the time when we expand our team and because of that we are looking for a Scrum Master to become part of GlobalLogic!
We help with the design and development of the embedded software for the electronic control units of the cars, as well as related tools and frameworks, for one of the biggest European Automotive OEMs.
Our team is responsible for the development, integration and validation of multiple Middleware applications and services for the current and the next-generation car lines. We work in areas of remote software update, telematics & connectivity, context-aware systems, and application platforms. We are committed to modern development methodologies and tools like continuous integration, agile development, and test automation to design and implement innovative and high-quality software.
In the scope of the engagement, you will take management leadership over several teams working on various solutions for Automotive Middleware components. We are working in Scrum teams with the good support of internal tools and well-established Scrum rituals. If you want to lead one of them, send your application and join us!
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban etc.) software development methodologies
- Experience working in an enterprise environment
- Understanding of engineering practices including CI/CD, SDLC, Test automation, GitFlow and code review
- Great skill in organizing, planning and communication
- Very good English (both spoken and written)
- Experience in the automotive domain – nice to have
Job Responsibilities:
- Work as a dedicated Scrum Master with a multiple teams (up to 10 persons each)
- Support the implementation of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Spread an agile mindset in the team
- Coach the team in agile values, principles and practices
- Clear impediments of your team
- Take care of your team to continuously improve regarding quality and efficiency of work
- Support team-building activities and team cooperation
- Make sure that your team complies with the development process
