Description:
For our team in Zagreb we are looking a Scrum Master and our client is a top healthcare device manufacturers from USA and Europe, aimed to innovate and rock the market. The project represents a big system including integration between the embedded device, mobile application, and web services, and because of this, we are focusing a lot on the security aspects of the embedded system. The project strives to achieve technical excellence, as it has been rendered following strict processes and putting high technical expectations to all team members.
There is a big potential to lead other teams with the opportunity to expand the knowledge in Automotive area and develop new business and expertise
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as Scrum Master in IT industry
- Experience in the Medical and/or Embedded or similar
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Scrum/Agile methodology
- Experience in managing a team of 10+ engineers
- Proactivity and initiative with setting up goals, removing impediments, managing scope, schedule, reporting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships with the team and the customer
- Upper-Intermediate level of English, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Higher Education in the fields of information technologies or project management
Job Responsibilities:
- Coaching team to understand Scrum methodology, practices, rules, and values,
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
- Helping team to clarify feasible goals and executes priorities set up by Product owner
- Supporting team by recognise and remove impediments and risks
- Effectively communicate status and risks to the cross-functional teams
- Communicate and establish good relationships with the customer
- Delivering Sprint Reports
- Supporting Project Manager in his daily work
