Description:
GL plans to create a cloud-based Prescription Management platform, codenamed NextGen, for domestic and international markets. The platform will provide functionality for pets’ check in/check out, appointments, telemedicine, prescription management, wellness plans, inventory management and core PIMS functionality.
Activities to be perfomed:
Analysis of enterprise architecture and inputs to enterprise architecture strategy
Collaborate with Company architect to design the architecture for domains in scope of the Global PIMS
Design Core product features (Prescription Lifecycle & Management, Practice Enrollment – Practice Setting Management Console, Product Add and Management, Client and Patient US Focus) for NextGen program
Document high level software design for core product features
Create technical enablement user stories based on the functional user/requirements provided by Company’s product management team
Detailed design, code development and unit testing
Design and perform automated testing
Perform DevOps (Development and Operations) activities required for integrated software development and test activities
Participate in the PI (Product Increment) planning and other Agile Ceremonies for Agile software development process as defined by the Company
Contribute in the development of following domains as per the scope that will be agreed during PI planning

Prescription Domain
Practice Domain – Practice Setting Console Management
Client & Patient Management Domain
User Domain
Audit Domain
Contribute to the development of Corporate Portal site UI and Backend development work.
Requirements:
Overall 6-8 years of experience with at least 2 years as Scrum Master (preferable from a developement background)
1. Experience is playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
2. Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban etc.
3. Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing.
4. Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team.
5. The experience in applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: various Burndown technologies, many Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
6. Excellent communication and mentoring skills
7. Should have CSM or SAFe certification (SAFe is preferred).
8. Scrum Master certifications, excellent soft skills -collaboration, communication and presentation, Experience in Atlassian Product Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
9. Experience of working and interacting directly with US clients
10. Experience of handling multiple scrum-teams simultaneously

2. Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching them to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team
3. Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
4. Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
5. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
6. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
7. Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
8. Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
9. Scrum Master certifications, excellent soft skills -collaboration, communication and presentation, Experience in Atlassian Product Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
10. Communicate and work directly with US client for ensuring the smooth working of the offshore teams
11. Handle multiple scrum teams
