Description:

Our Client company founded in 2017, and develops systems to digitize, automate and connect pathology laboratories. With an innovative automation system for sample preparation in histopathology, the company increases efficiency and safety in pathology laboratories. As a result, the risk of operational irregularities and potential misdiagnoses are significantly reduced and the patient safety – especially in cancer diagnostics – is greatly improved.

Requirements:

    • 5+ years of relevant experience, building automation with third-party tools 
    • Experience with MS Azure Azure Kubernetes Service, Storage Accounts, SQL databases, Security Center, Virtual Machines, Azure AD, Networking, Security;
    • Kubernetes Deployments, Services, HPA, Ingress, PV/PVC, Network Policy, Monitoring;
    • Infrastructureas-Code (Terraform) 
    • Strong documentation skills; willingness to create documents and diagrams for a complex system
    • Proficiency in creating Infrastructure-as-Code.
    • SRE engineer need to be familiar enough with the Python to understand the scripts, have ability and willingness to reverse-engineer the current setup, in order to then move to standard tool chain

     

    • Experience with any technology/programming language such as Python, .Net, Java is a plus

    • Take part in environment/architecture planning
    • Work directly in the Client’s team
    • Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations
    • Troubleshoot issues and outages

    • Maintain and troubleshoot environments (development, staging and production)
    • Collaborate with colleagues for solving problems
