Description:
You will be working for one of the financial organizations of the Globallogic portfolio. The Client is one of the UK’s leading banks which placed an ambitious transformation program.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who could join our team, tightly integrated with the Customer and empowered for business and technical decisions. The successful candidate will be joining an international Scrum team, which will work on a market-leading depository platform (Odyssey) built upon cloud-based technology, automation, and advanced data analytics.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge and skills at Business Analysis techniques and practices
- Extensive use of JIRA to create Epics, User stories, etc
- Strong knowledge of Requirements Management tools
- Experienced in collaborating proactively with business stakeholders, project managers, and teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs
- The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good English (comprehensive written and verbal communication)
- Experience in the finance software domain would be a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate Product Vision and Strategy, User Journeys, and Product Backlog to the team, to stakeholders, and to external parties
- Working with Jira – Epics/ user stories creation, backlog management, etc.
- Manage requirements-related conflicts and issues up to a resolution
- Perform gap analysis between high-level and low-level requirements
- Document mid/low-level requirements
- Control team tasks execution
- Control scope execution and deadlines of delivery
