Requirements

Must have:

• Written and spoken Japanese language proficiency (equivalent of JLPT N1 or N2, it is not mandatory to have an official JLPT certification)
  Written and spoken English language proficiency (equivalent of B2 or higher)
• Hands-on experience as Business Analyst
• Skills in analyzing and documenting requirements
• Ability to work independently, organize proper stakeholder management, and own BA processes workflow
  Excelent knowledge of requirements decomposition (Epics definition, User stories, Tasks)
  Proven communication and interpersonal skills (working with Japan and CEE based teams)
• Openess to work with Japanese cultur

Nice to have:

• Able to interface with the technical and business teams

 

Job responsibilities

• Develop product vision and roadmap
• Define epics and stories based on requirements
• Look for the prodcut insights in different sources, validate the assumptions
• Form the prioritized produсt backlog for implentation teams
• Be primary contact point for development team on prodcut related questions
