Software system is one of the longest-standing veterinary software systems and the best-selling veterinary software available, with more than 10,000 customers in the U.S. and Canada.

Software system has a custom framework. So, we are looking for highly skilled developers with experience with component writing.
The team setup is Team Extension. The process is Scaled Agile with good support of internals tools and well established Scrum rituals.
A lot of verbal and written communication with US team members.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of practical experience in Delphi.
- Good communication skills – the developer will be part of the existing team.
- Experience with component writing/fixing
- Ability to work with old code and not try to optimize it without permission.
- Good analytical, algorithmic and optimization skills.
- Good teamplayer
- Good spoken/written English
Job Responsibilities:
- Work in a dynamic Agile/Scrum-based environment.
- Participate in team’s Scrum rituals
- Responsible for the SW Development on the Ukrainian side
- Unit Tests creation
- Coordinate with local and remote Developers, Testers, Product Owner and other stakeholders
- User story breakdown, discussing and suggesting technical solutions
