This role is based in our UK&I region.
Requirements:
- Practice Site Reliability Engineering mindset and solve problems through automation and instrumentation.
- Experience with Site Reliability Engineering; debugging, triaging, and identifying root cause for failure in a production environment and performing a postmortem analysis
- Experience in High Availability and distributed systems, Linux and Windows administration, troubleshooting and support
- Experience using DevOps automation tools
- Scripting skills for automation (Linux bash / Windows PS)
- Expertise in writing complex Ansible playbook
- Expertise in administering and managing Ansible infrastructure (Ansible tower)
- Expertise in Linux OS administration
- Excellent troubleshooting skills Ansible and Linux
- Expertise in creating reusable Ansible playbooks and modules
- Experience in design of future state automated deployment process and architecture
- Incremental testing actions on code, processes, and deployments to identify ways to streamline execution and minimize errors encountered
- Work autonomously, deliver code with minimal supervision from a set of requirements
- Has excellent communication skills to work as a member of a team
- Being able to effectively participate in architecture and design discussions that produce requirements
- Being able to interpret requirements and code in a manner that encourages re-use and maintainability
- Ability to function in an agile-based environment and provide good daily feedback on team stand-up call

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to Dev teams around automation solution usage
- Collaborate with others on the project to brainstorm about the best way to tackle complex technological infrastructure automation requirements
- Perform incremental testing actions on code, processes, and deployments to identify ways to streamline execution and minimize errors encountered
- Participate in architecture and design discussions that produce requirements
- Participate in code release and production deployment, have an aggressive approach to fixing bugs and defects
