Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and updating internal policies, practices and documents to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws;

• Process and communicate Ukraine labour law updates in order to advise the management on recommended policy updates to ensure proper compliance;

• Draft and negotiate employment related contracts and works agreements;

• Design and adaptation of job staff and job descriptions;

• Stay up to date on labor and employment laws, regulations and the legal implications of industry trends to develop and drive processes;

• Manage legal risk and provide solution for resolving employment disputes;
