Description:
We are seeking creative and motivated engineers to work on our digital coupon solution. There are a wide variety of challenges that has been and still needs to be solved. You will have opportunities for growth and development. You will be part of a team that works on services that has saved over 1 billion coupons.
Requirements:
Required Skills
- Professional Java backend development experience. (5+ years)
- Java design patterns and object oriented programming.
- Built large scalable and transaction driven infrastructure code.
- Relational database design and usage. (MySQL/Hibernate O/R Mapping)
- Web Services (such as Axis, CXF, Spring).
- JMS/ActiveMQ
- Build tools such as Maven and Ant
- Web Application/Services performance tuning and optimization.
- Unit tests (JUnit) with Test Driven Design practices.
- Full software development cycle from design though release.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work as a team or independently.
- Self-motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and design applications functionality to solve business problems
- Design, implementation and integration of backend services
- Analysis of technical problems
- Creation and maintenance of project documentation
- Cooperation with other project members and customer regarding ongoing activities
