Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 technologies:
    Core Services: SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory (AAD)
    Development: Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Azure Functions
    Security & Compliance: Information Protection, Threat Management, Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Software Development Fundamentals:
    Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
    Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
    Version control systems (Git)
    API integration and design
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills:
    Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
    Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    Stakeholder management skills

     

Job responsibilities

  • Design and Development:
    Design and develop custom solutions within the M365 ecosystem.
    Develop and maintain integrations between M365 applications and other systems.
    Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions.
  • Implementation and Support:
    Implement and deploy M365 solutions according to project timelines and best practices.
    Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M365 services.
  • Migration Planning and Execution:
    Assist in the planning and execution of the employee portal migration to M365.
    Define migration strategies and timelines.
    Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated data and functionalities.
