About The Role:

We are building Software/QA Engineering Teams to work on our Client’s TV-OS product. You will be responsible for the core tasks ranging from verifying and validating that the product quality aspects are met. You will play a role of a technical leader who will actively participate in project planning, release quality assurance, and Team management, and overseeing all Quality assurance tasks from test planning, execution, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have endless curiosity and can pair a global mindset with locally relevant execution. You should be a gritty problem solver and self-starter who can think of out-of-box solutions. The successful candidate will be a team player and display a balance of hard and soft skills, including the ability to respond quickly to the Client’s changing needs.


Overall 15+ years of experience.
At least 4 years of leading QA team experience of big team size ( ~100)
Experience in managing Smart TV and/or Set-top Box(STB) projects
Very good understanding of hardware & hardware interfaces for SmartTV & Audio/Video products
Good knowledge of Streaming video and audio analysis, OTA & OTT Applications
Good understanding of the software development life cycle and experience with a variety of testing techniques
The expertise in working in all phases of SDLC including Developing, Automation & Testing
Experience in working with cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in Leading a high-performance team with excellent People Management skills
Ready to work from the GL Bangalore office
Education: BE/B. Tech EC, EEE, CS, IS


Media, Quality Management, Knowledge of broadcast technology and Digital TV standards (DVB, HBBTV, CI plus)
